Coaching
How the coaching works
Each session is up to 50 minutes, one-to-one, and planned before we meet around what your player is working on.
Your player gets my full attention, clear explanations of how and why something will help their game, and something specific to practise before the next session.
Development Pathways
Pathways come in 3, 6 or 12 sessions and follow the same four stages.
- Baseline assessment. Where your player is now, on and off the ball.
- Written development plan. Built around them, with clear targets.
- Check-ins. Progress checks along the way, so the plan keeps up with the player.
- Exit review. What has improved, what comes next, and how to keep progressing.
Who it's for
Players of all ages, mostly children, who want extra individual attention alongside their club football.
It isn't a replacement for club football, and I don't promise trials, selection, scholarships or contracts. What you get is focused coaching and a clear plan.
